• Assist in drafting and updating marketing materials, including web content and other collateral, to support various marketing campaigns and initiatives 
• Assist in maintaining the website and posting current news items
• Work closely with team to plan, execute and follow up on internal and external events
• Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Assist in writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
• Maintain records of publicity activities for reporting / impact assessment
• Carry out such other duties from time to time reasonably require
