Franklin Solution is a leading service provider in lightning protection, electrical safety, and risk mitigation across Nepal. With our deep expertise and commitment to international standards (IEC 62305 and others), we help safeguard lives, infrastructure, and investments against electrical hazards. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base in both public and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in Nepal for lightning protection and electrical safety services.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote company services.
Prepare technical and financial proposals in response to RFPs, tenders, and inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, engineering firms, construction companies, consultants, development partners and NGOs/INGOs.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Coordinate with technical teams to align service offerings with market demand.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
Prepare periodic reports and performance forecasts for senior management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or project acquisition, preferably in engineering or infrastructure services.
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, construction industry dynamics, and public procurement processes in Nepal.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Fluency in Nepali and English (spoken and written).
