Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and grow KFA Consulting’s business verticals. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new  business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution  of business development strategies aligned with company goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic business development plans to expand  KFA Consulting’s service offerings and market reach
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on consulting and  MDP services 
  • Research emerging markets and industry trends to develop new service verticals and  value propositions 
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Guide and mentor junior business development staff and interns 
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and concept notes tailored to client needs
  • Oversee the proposal development process and ensure high-quality submissions 
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects 
  • Represent KFA Consulting in high-level client meetings, industry forums, and networking  events 
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular updates to senior management, and meet  defined targets
