Business Development Manager – (Hotel & Restaurant Software Sales)

Location: Kathmandu

Experience: 3+ years in Hospitality, Software Sales, or a related field
Qualification: BHM or Bachelor's in a related field

Job Overview:

AegisHMS is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the hotel and restaurant software industry. If you have a strong background in hospitality, software sales, or a related field, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Aegis Software solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, software sales, or a similar field.
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results.
Willingness to travel as needed.
