Business Development Manager – (Hotel & Restaurant Software Sales)

• Experience: 3+ years in Hospitality, Software Sales, or a related field
• Qualification: BHM or Bachelor's in a related field

Job Overview:

AegisHMS is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the hotel and restaurant software industry. If you have a strong background in hospitality, software sales, or a related field, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Aegis Software solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, software sales, or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
