Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to grow the company's network. Additionally, the role involves managing existing client accounts, facilitating collaboration with universities and local agents, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to students and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Client Relations, and Partnership Building
• Skills in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
• Understanding of the education sector and international student recruitment
• Flexibility to travel as required for business development activities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools
• Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus
