Location: Baglung, Nepal 

Employment Type: Full-time

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies.
• Ability to travel to nearby districts as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the reach of the institution.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with school teachers, principals, Training institutes and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with post-SEE training institutes, laboratories, pharmacy organizations, and other relevant institutions.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for partnerships and student enrollment growth.
• Represent the institution in meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential students and partner organizations.
• Travel to nearby districts as part of business expansion and promotional activities.
