Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan Pvt. Ltd.Baglung, Nepal Dhaulagiri Prabidhik Shikshya Pratisthan Pvt. Ltd., the first and only PCL-level technical college in the Dhaulagiri zone affiliated with CTEVT, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Baglung, Nepal

Employment Type: Full-time

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent relationship management abilities.
Good understanding of marketing and business development strategies.
Ability to travel to nearby districts as required.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the reach of the institution.
Maintain and enhance relationships with school teachers, principals, Training institutes and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with post-SEE training institutes, laboratories, pharmacy organizations, and other relevant institutions.
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for partnerships and student enrollment growth.
Represent the institution in meetings, events, and promotional activities.
Ensure effective communication and follow-up with potential students and partner organizations.
Travel to nearby districts as part of business expansion and promotional activities.
