Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kathmandu. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting market research to expand the company's clientele.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Market research and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master degree preferred
• Min 3years of work experience in international education recruitment sector
