Salary: Nrs 50,000 + Monthly Incentives 

Job Overview:

A "Killlleerrrr" digital marketing company seeks a crazyyyy Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

MUST have a passion for driving business growth, a strong network within the advertising industry, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential clients, including advertising agencies and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch services to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations using tools like Canva to showcase advertising strategies and campaign results.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to maximize earnings through incentives.

Requirements: 

Experience: 

• Minimum 2 year of experience in client servicing or business development, specifically within the advertising or marketing field.

Commute:

•  Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute.

Network:

• Strong network of clientele, including connections with advertising agencies and corporate marketing managers.

Skills:

• Proficient in presentation tools such as Canva. 
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

• A Bachelor's degree (completed) is preferred.

Leadership:

• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
