Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Nepal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships with educational consultancies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational consultancies throughout Nepal.
  • Work closely with existing partners to ensure a smooth application process for students.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and data in our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education sector and share relevant information with the marketing team.
  • Provide support to the marketing department with various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor for building strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and student recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • 3–4 years' prior industry-related business development experience

Additionally:

  • Strong social media presence and ability to create engaging content.
  • Willingness to create and share videos on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube).
