Traveality Nepal is a leading provider of hospitality software solutions in Nepal. We offer a comprehensive suite of tools, including a Property Management System (PMS) and Channel Management Solutions, to empower hotels to streamline operations, maximize revenue, and reach a wider audience.

About the Role:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our client base and strengthening Traveality Nepal's position within the Nepalese hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential hotel partners across Nepal.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within hotels (owners, managers, etc.).
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of Traveality Nepal's solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Traveality Nepal's products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and reports as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote Traveality Nepal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (experience in the hospitality industry a plus).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali languages (written and spoken) is required.
  • Knowledge of the Nepalese hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
