About the job

Shrestha Ventures is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and cultivate relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business and building relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
