Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving the growth of our home healthcare services. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in need of home healthcare services.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other key stakeholders.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

3. Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute business development plans that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Set and achieve sales targets, and monitor performance against goals.
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Enhance the company’s online presence and brand visibility.
Identify and leverage partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the home healthcare market and trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
