Job Description

We seek a dynamic Business Development Manager with a passion for catalyzing business expansion, establishing strategic partnerships, and exploring innovative pathways, particularly in the realm of ERP software.   • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities 
  • Lead and motivate team members
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the theater services offerings. 
  • Deliver sales targets and KPIs as defined. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and align as well customize ERP Software service accordingly. 
  • Cold calling and lead generation
  • Software Product Sales Navigator for profiling and prospecting
  • Pipeline and opportunity management
  • Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients
  • Working with the Software Solutions team to develop new opportunities
  • Workshops / Webinars and Exhibitions
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to the clients and customers as per requirements 
  • Keep track of sales data and prepare sales and business development reports 

Future requirement :

We anticipate this role will expand and grow over time to become both a Business Development Manager and Client Management role, providing opportunities to:

  • Take clients from lead to sale as part of the full ERP sales cycle
  • Assist with prospect discovery sessions
  • Assist with prospect demonstration sessions
  • Prospect negotiations and proposal writing
  • Contract and project negotiations
