FOCUSONE Payment Solution Pvt. Ltd. (F1PS), Estd 2009; is a Payment Service Provider (PSP) licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB). Our company revolves around 3 key principles Trust, Value and Security. 

F1PS since its establishment has been continuously working on innovative payment solution. We launched a mobile payment system in collaboration with SmartChoice Technology (SCT) under the brand name “MOCO” in May 2014, a one of a kind product till date. We reached 700,000 successful transactions in 2017 and are now connected to over 30 BFIs.
 
We are proud to be one of the few companies in Nepal to have acquired a PCI-DSS certification, which is an internationally accepted data security standard governed international payment networks, American Express, Discover, JCB International, MasterCard and Visa Inc. We have now begun works on collaboration and partnership with international card and payment association.

Job Description

Purpose :

The purpose of the position is to improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. This will include, but not limited to, customer acquisition, manage existing customers, identify business opportunities, plan and execute business development strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Development
     a. Plan and execute strategy to increase MoCo’s users (subscribers).
     b. Meet potential merchants and get them on onboard MoCo’s ecosystem.
     c. Identify and pursue business opportunities

2. Maintain Customer Relationship
    a. Plan and execute strategy to increase user engagement
    b. Promote new services and offers to increase user engagement
    c. Coordinate with technical team

3. Management

   a. Submit weekly progress report
   b. Track and record activities to generate analytics

Minimum Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in management with 1 year experience
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  • Interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good written and spoken English skill
  • Analytical skill
