Job Description

  • Manage staff in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems
  • Develop relationships with clients, especially therapeutic decision makers, and engage through regular client meetings for business development; providing executive oversight for designated client programs
  • Provide executive leadership for project teams when necessary to manage project related challenges and to achieve exemplary customer service
  • Plan and execute strategies for sales growth from multiple teams, System Development, Customer Support, Business Development, Social Media, and Payment Gateways etc
  • Check and verify the status of system and, coordinate and feed IT team with bugs, errors, changes required, clients’ requirement, users’ requirement, system update and overall system performance
  • Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ticketing solution to clients
  • Provide necessary support for CSD
  • Participate in business development activities when and as required
