Your Tasks:

• Develop and implement Marketing strategies for client acquisition.
• Prepare pitch decks for various Business Segments.
• Develop and execute Sales strategies and Tactics.
• Negotiating contract terms and successfully closing new business.
• Identify and develop strong business pipeline.
• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with financial intermediaries
• Drive acquisition and negotiate with prospects, remotely as well as in personal meetings.
• Work with partners, founders and chief executives to develop goals and strategies for business

Your Talent:

• Prior 2+ years work experience in B2B Marketing or Business Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline from a reputed university (MBA or Masters degree preferred).
• Hands-on attitude and performance-driven mindset
• Ownership for your topics and willingness to go the extra mile to accomplish them.
• Strong analytical and numbers skills with efficient and result-oriented working style
• Excellent sense for business opportunities, a strong communicator and negotiator
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong motivation to lead professionally
