Job Description

Assist to Identify and introduce new business opportunities, analytical research and market innovation.
Assist on detail analysis, interpretation and recommendation for product introduction.
Market research for different Agri produce and Agri input based on the market and seasonal requirements with frequent market and field visit.
Responsible for research throughout the Agriculture and livestock Value Chain, i.e. from Input supply to end Consumers.
Support on overall technical and business-related plan & activities of the Company.
Responsible to plan and operate MKCL Farming Research and Development Centre.
Responsible to oversee the research trial plots carried out in different parts of working area.
Closely work with farmers and cooperatives through the means of routine training, interaction programs, plant and soil health clinics.
Support Company's Business Development Division on new agribusiness planning and development, technical guidance and execution facilitation.
Assist in developing business proposal related to bank loan and plans for potential business initiatives, the company plans.
Effectively conduct field visit and monitoring for business development.
Support with other components and departments of MKCL.
Carry out tasks as assigned by respective Supervisor and routinely report on related subject matter.
Maintain and nurture company Sop’s at all level.

Note:

Candidates with experience in agricultural product and service marketing shall be given preference.
Candidates must have own two-wheeler and its license.
