Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Sankhamul
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm
Reports to: Team Leader/Mentor
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.
As a Business Development Executive you will:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for our products and services.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
- Negotiate and close business deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare creative contents for the brand promotion and ad campaigns.

- Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
