Responsibilities

• Oversee and assess the performance of all provincial offices to ensure they meet organizational standards.
• To arrange provisions and facilitate regular flow of communication among province offices
• To prepare reports on upcoming plans and ongoing progress of all province offices for upper management review
• To play the role of a secretary in meetings, with making prior arrangements and keeping formal records of the meeting minutes and correspondence
• To ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and allocation of resources within the approved budget for provincial offices.
• To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all provincial office performance and operations
• To work alongside and assist the political office in their operations
• To work alongside and assist the GR/ER/GR/PR in their operations
• To perform any other functions as prescribed by the management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales/business development industry
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
