About the job

The ideal candidate should have experience in business development, strong coordination, possess good negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assess the performance of all provincial offices to ensure they meet organizational standards.
To arrange provisions and facilitate regular flow of communication among province offices
To prepare reports on upcoming plans and ongoing progress of all province offices for upper management review
To play the role of a secretary in meetings, with making prior arrangements and keeping formal records of the meeting minutes and correspondence
To ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and allocation of resources within the approved budget for provincial offices.
To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all provincial office performance and operations
To work alongside and assist the political office in their operations
To work alongside and assist the GR/ER/GR/PR in their operations
To perform any other functions as prescribed by the management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales/business development industry
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
