Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Head to join our web development and digital marketing agency. As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our agency by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on generating revenue through web development and digital marketing services. This role requires a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the web development and digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, industry segments, and potential clients for web development and digital marketing services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, conferences, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Present our agency's web development and digital marketing services to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.

Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with complementary service providers, agencies, or technology platforms to expand our service offerings and enhance our market position.

Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure successful project delivery and meet client expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, client needs, and competitive advantages.
  • Use market insights to refine our service offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with atleast 1 years in sales industry
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
