Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sales initiatives. Your primary focus will be on expanding our business within the trekking and travel industry(b2b), leveraging your expertise to forge new relationships and maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trekking and travel sector, including tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including B2B agencies, tour operators, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of our adventure travel offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the trekking and travel industry.
  • Experience working with B2B agencies and establishing partnerships with tour operators and travel agencies.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and goal achievement.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Monthly salary (18000-25000)
