Maintaining executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, phone calls etc.)
Making and receiving phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
Managing calendars for meetings, travel and personal commitments
