Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Associate (Admissions and Outreach). This entry-level position is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience. The role involves managing communications, planning classroom activities, acquiring and admitting new students, converting leads from various channels, and building partnerships with colleges and companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Management:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential students and partners via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information about our courses, admission process, and partnership opportunities.

Classroom Planning:

  • Assist in scheduling classes, arranging classroom setups, and coordinating with instructors.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and resources are available for each class session.

Student Acquisition and Admission:

  • Guide prospective students through the admission process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
  • Conduct informational sessions and open houses to attract new students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
  • Convert leads from social media, partner colleges, and companies into enrolled students.

Outreach and Partnership Development:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with colleges and companies for potential partnerships.
  • Coordinate with partners to organize joint events, workshops, and training programs.
  • Explore opportunities for collaboration to enhance the academy’s reach and impact.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the admissions and outreach team.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Help with the organization of events and activities related to student engagement and partnership development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for education and technology.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles (Preferable, Not Compulsory).
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and training programs (Preferable, Not Compulsory).
