Job Description

  • Weekly Reporting to Department Head
  • Managing and assist in developing marketing campaigns.
  • Researching and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
  • Conducting promotional activities.
  • Overseeing campaigns on social media/ physically. 
  • Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Collaborate with team in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Help in Planning, Policy Making, strategy formulation and development of service provider network.
  • Visit prospect clients about the business and generate leads. 
  • Assist in training programs and workshops for staff and service providers.
  • Maintaining relationship with current client as well as new clients.  
  • Handle customer complaints (review through application) and ensure it is resolved timely.
  • Other duties as assigned by the HOD or BDO.
