Qualification: At least Bachelor’s degree completed in any faculty with 4 years of total working experience in sales and marketing (Preferably in Healthcare sector)

Job Requirements: 

1. Focus on Direct Sales
2. Interact with Corporates for direct referral, Health Packages & Wellness business.
3. Interacts with referring Doctors and clinicians to discuss about referrals for specific procedures and care.
4. Initiates for formal agreements and MoU with Hospitals, Polyclinics and other Healthcare Facilitators.
5. Develop strategies & Involve in Execution for referral generation from various hospitals, clinics & other healthcare facilitators (HCF)
6. Prepares plan for clinical meetings, CME & scientific interaction session with clinicians
7. Updates referring partners about the status of their patients.
8. Organize monthly meeting & presentation with Medical team for interaction & updates on marketing activities and plans for the upcoming month.
9. Stay in touch with referred patients and oversees care provided
10. Initiate for new strategic collaborations
11. Implement Annual, Monthly, Weekly & Day plan of Sales & Marketing
12. Interact with In-house doctors and departments for Sales & Marketing
