Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT(Various Corporate Levels)

Required Experience and Qualification:

• A minimum experience of 3 years or above with relevant and progressive work exposure in business development focusing on institutional or public deposit marketing in Financial Institutions.
• Candidates shall be responsible for coordination of various business development activities of the Bank, developing business development concepts, planning and implementing business development strategies, organizing business development activities or events to promote products and services of the Bank, focusing on conducting market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth for soliciting institutional and public deposits.
• Candidates must currently be working at one position below the position applying for. Candidates applying for the position must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in business related field from a recognized University. (Master's Degree in business related field with specialization in Business Development/Marketing is preferred).
