We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer Manager to join our team at Huawei Technologies Nepal. As a mid-level professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth in the Electronic Vehicles (EV), charging stations, Solar Energy hydropower and IT green Infrastructure Technology sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the market and increase our sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to promote Electronic Vehicles (EVs), charging stations, hydropower and IT green Infrastructure Technology solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
Create and deliver presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market competition and provide insights to improve our products and services.
Travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Educational Background or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EVs, Charging stations, Solar Energy, Hydropower or IT green Infrastructure Technology sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
