As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. This role is crucial for continuously improving our business strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, needs, and solutions.
• Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct risk analysis and support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure objectives are being met.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to capture business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience in project management and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
