We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and technical documentation. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
• Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in business processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to business systems and processes.
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI to analyze and present data insights to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of business forecasting models and strategies.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain and organize documentation in SharePoint for easy access and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Experience creating and maintaining BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
