• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-year work experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business analysis and ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
• Strong research skills with a passion for staying abreast of fintech innovations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
