Brand Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of branding initiatives that strengthen the company's market presence and drive business growth. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand positioning, developing integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand identity across all channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's vision, values, and business objectives.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen the company's brand identity across all online and offline platforms.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
• Monitor brand performance and recommend strategies to improve brand awareness and market positioning.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and evaluate branding and marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and brand activation campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Online & Offline Branding:

• Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Coordinate SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure high-quality digital content aligned with the brand.

Creative & Content Management:

• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Review and approve creative assets, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, banners, videos, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all content reflects the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market data to improve branding strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and market opportunities.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
• Support corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
