Job Overview 

As a Brand Manager at NAAMII, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the brand's image locally and internationally. You will work closely with our industry and research teams to create impactful brand strategies that promote our vision and projects. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance NAAMII’s visibility and influence across various media platforms. 
  • Collaborate with the research and industry team to create and coordinate marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on these insights. 
  • Build the communications team to ensure brand consistency in all external communications. 
  • Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). 
  • Organize and participate in outreach programs, workshops, and conferences to boost brand awareness. 

Role Eligibility 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. 
  • Proven working experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager. Work experience in AI is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends and digital media landscapes. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. 
  • Experience creating marketing campaigns, strategies, and plans. 
  • Creative with excellent analytical abilities. 
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
