Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager/Brand Strategist to lead, unify, and strengthen the brand identity of our entire portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee brand positioning, marketing strategy, and creative storytelling across all business units while ensuring each brand retains its distinct personality within the Lomus ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies for all brands like all brands ensuring clear positioning in their respective markets.
  • Create a unified brand vision that ties all companies under the Lomus identity while maintaining individuality for each brand.
  • Establish and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and design language for consistency and professionalism across all communication.
  • Identify growth opportunities and new positioning angles for each brand based on market trends and business objectives.
  • Market Research, Corporate dealing & client handling.

2. Brand Development & Storytelling

  • Lead the creation of strong brand narratives that communicate each brand’s purpose, values, and differentiation.
  • Build storytelling frameworks that align technical products with emotional and aspirational appeal.
  • Evolve the Group’s brand presence by crafting a compelling corporate story that represents Lomus’s innovation, reliability, and legacy.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage product launches, dealer campaigns, and B2B marketing activations across all business units.
  • Oversee in-store branding, POP materials, exhibition setups, and dealer events to ensure consistent and impactful visibility.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure on-brand, timely, and cost-effective campaign delivery.

4. Cross-Brand Coordination & Synergy

  • Build and maintain strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and leadership teams across brands.
  • Align marketing efforts with overall group strategy — ensuring efficient resource use and message consistency.
  • Act as the brand custodian ensuring that each brand’s communications enhance the reputation of Lomus Digital.

5. Research, Insights & Innovation

  • Conduct regular market and competitor research across industries to identify trends, gaps, and innovation opportunities.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour, dealer preferences, and market feedback to refine brand strategy and product communication.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and guide long-term brand growth.
  • Recommend product branding innovations, packaging improvements, or new touch points that enhance visibility and perception.

6. Digital & Content Management

  • Oversee social media presence and digital marketing strategies (E-commerce) for each brand.
  • Develop content calendars, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives that engage both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Manage online reputation and digital consistency across websites, online listings, and social media channels.
  • Making a MIS reports and reporting to the management.

7. Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs for brand growth, campaign success, and audience engagement for each brand.
  • Prepare detailed reports and brand performance reviews for management, with actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor return on marketing investments and continually refine strategies to improve impact and efficiency.

8. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing and design professionals across brands.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers to execute high-quality creative work.
  • Foster a creative, collaborative, and insight-driven culture within the Group’s marketing ecosystem.
