Main purpose of the position:
Preparation of company’s annual brand plan and effective implementation of marketing related activities to boost brand health and enhance market share and sales of the product.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Educational minimum requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Management with Marketing specialization

Job Description

  • Preparing Marketing/Brand plan of the assigned brand/product for the business year.
  • Plan and design effective marketing related materials/items in coordination with Channel marketing team.
  • Finalise activities related to marketing communication, advertisements and promotions, periodical market research in coordination with different assigned agencies.
  • Prepare media budget and handling strategies for the business year and make changes as and when needed in coordination with corporate affairs team.
  • Maintain healthy business relationship with agencies and media houses to effectively implement the planned activities.
  • Prepare monthly claims pertaining to marketing activities and follow up on the settlement process as per the company practice.
  • Prepare periodical report pertaining to market, outlets, promotional activities, competitor’s activities and recommend changes in the planned activities.
  • Ongoing research and analysis of socio-economic activities affecting the market and consumer behaviour to adopt required changes in the internal marketing plan.
  • Undertake sales and marketing activities as assigned by the immediate supervisor
