Roles and responsibilities of this job

Entry and Report related works

Daily Cash/Petty Cash/Cheque/Sales Report
Daily Parts Sales Reconciliation in day end ( Sales Ledger Vs. Cash/Cheque/Credit Approval)
Check, Verify and Entry of Branch Expenses after Authentication from Branch In-Charge & Parts Co-ordinator
Check and follow up with Parts Co-ordinator for timely entry of Parts Receipts/Issue. If not report to HO

Petty Cash Management and Cash and Cheque Collection Management

Weekly Courier of All Vouchers/Advices to HO Accounts
Cash Collection and Timely Deposit to Bank
Cheque collection (Machine & Parts), entry and safe custody of Cheques
Petty Cash Management

Physical Verification

Daily Physical verification of - 2 Items and Report to HO
Weekly Physical Verification of - 10 Items & Report to HO

VAT Register Maintenance

Daily Updating of VAT Register

Verification Related Works

Collect & Check TADA as per the Company Policy & ODD Report. And send it to HO. No TADA to be entertained after 1 Month from the date of previous month end
Checking of Monthly Staff Telephone/Fuel/Maintenance as per the Policy and Terms of Appointment and send it to HO
Monitoring of Daily Branch Activities from Financial Control Point of View and report in case of deviation
To verify the Pending Sales Order and follow up with Parts Co- Ordinator why they are pending for billing. If not done timely report to HO
