Job Description

The Branch Manager for Overseas Education is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the branch office, ensuring the successful delivery of international education services. This role involves managing a team, maintaining relationships with educational institutions abroad, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the organization's services and achieving business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of education consultants and support staff.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrolment targets and business growth.
Own the complete PnL for the branch and make sure Visa targets are getting achieved.
Plan and execute marketing strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and attract potential clients.
Prepare regular reports on branch performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Communicate progress and challenges to senior management.
