Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our start-up Abroad Studies Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of international education systems, student counseling, and visa procedures. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive growth, ensure smooth operations, and provide excellent guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide accurate and honest information based on students' academic profiles and career aspirations.
Guide students through university selection, application processes, and visa requirements.
Assist students with financial aid options, scholarships, and funding opportunities.
Conduct student counseling sessions to provide insights into education systems, courses, and career prospects.
Maintain thorough documentation of student applications and records in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally through phone, email, and SMS to support students and stakeholders.
Organize and conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for their journey abroad.
Work closely with internal teams and take directions from senior management to achieve business goals.
Utilize various computer applications to streamline workflow and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with international education regulations and visa policies.
