A reputed ISP company is looking for Branch Manager

Location: Dharan, Koshi, Nepal

Salary: NPR 50,000

Position Summary:

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch operations in Dharan. This role includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Monitor and ensure the branch's financial performance meets the company's targets.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Organize promotional activities and events to attract new customers.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage branch budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are conducted accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all branch activities.

Technical Oversight:

  • Ensure the branch's technical infrastructure is maintained and operational.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any service disruptions.
  • Monitor network performance and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role, preferably in the ISP industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of financial management and reporting.
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with standard office hours.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
