Position: Branch Manager (Junior Officer and above)

Age: Not exceeding 40 years

Required qualification and experience:

• Candidates must have a minimum Master's degree in Management from a recognized university.
• At least 5 years of experience in Credit and Operation functions in Banks/Fls. 
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and Leadership Skills.

Other required Skills:

• The applicant must be a Nepali Citizen.
• Well versed with MS Office tools and ability to use various financial models.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and networking skills.
• Ability to complete tasks timely and independently with minimal work supervision. 
• Excellent organizing and documentation skills.
• Must have a 2 wheeler's driving license.
