The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operations of a branch office, including sales, marketing, customer service, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the telecommunications industry and strong leadership and management skills. 

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of employees, including sales representatives, customer service agents, and technical support staff.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring they are motivated and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the branch, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the branch's territory.

  • Manage inventory and resources to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISP products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
