Attributes, Skills & Experience
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business/Management/Information System Management/Marketing.
· Previous experience working in an administrative, management or marketing capacity is essential.
· Outstanding written & verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
· A high-impact customer service professional, ideally with experience in case management.
· Ambitious, passionate, and results-oriented, you are motivated by providing outstanding client service.
