Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the profitability of the assigned branch by overseeing entire Operations, Sales, Service Spares, Marketing F&R Finance & Accounts and people management function.

• Plan Monthly Quarterly and yearly targets on the basis of Industry trends and branch potential. 

• Prepare visit plan as per project mapping and the area mapping to generate enquiry.  

• Maintain segment wise market share and coverage on the basis of sales.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline 

• 10 years of working experience in the Automobile /Heavy Equipment Sector.  

• Proficient in MS office and able to write proper Emails, Reports, Memos or Prepare MOMs.

• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
