What it will take to catch our eyes; 

• Preferable Master's degree but Candidate should have Bachelor's degree in management/ Economics or Equivalent Degree from recognized University. 
• Minimum 4 years' experience in banking sector, Preference will be given to candidates having experience with focus in Credit, Business Development and Branch Management.
• Age not exceeding 35 years on the date of application.
