Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate daily with a team of Software Developers, Architect, Tech Lead to build and support applications.
• Interact directly with business customers to gather and understand requirements and how they translate in application features.
• Develop low code/no code applications.
• Deploy applications across all environments in collaboration with development team, release team.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing.
• Develop any technical documentation needed to accurately represent application design and code.
• Take the initiative to do what needs to be done without being asked.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for self-improvement of technical and non-technical skills.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree programming in computer science, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in SDLC (software development lifecycle).
• Good Knowledge in Object Oriented or Functional Programming language (ex. JavaScript).
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, C-Sharp, etc.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL.
• Familiarity with any database technology such as MySQL, MS-SQL, etc.
• Candidate must also be capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to manage tasks independently without close supervision and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the clients.
• Eager to learn new tools and technologies.
• Domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management Solution is a plus.
