Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Microbiology or B. Tech (Food)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and test raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
  • Analyze chemical and physical properties of beer, water, and wastewater.
  • Use lab equipment like pH meters, CO₂ meters, spectrophotometers, and others.
  • Check packaging materials (e.g., glass bottles, paper strength tests).
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
  • Follow standard procedures for cleaning and disinfecting equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain records of quality checks and calibration logs.
  • Prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Follow safety guidelines and workplace hygiene standards.
  • Enter data into the ERP system and update records regularly.
  • Set and review work goals every quarter.
