We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team at Labline Traders as a Bio-medical Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field along with at least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry. This role is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our wide range of Radiology Equipment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct regular maintenance, service, and repair of Radiology Equipment 
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of equipment to identify and resolve technical issues 
• Train and educate users on proper operation and maintenance of equipment 
• Install new equipment and ensure it meets all required specifications 
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements in biomedical engineering 
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to assist in product demonstrations and customer trainings 
• Provide customer support and address any customer queries or complaints 
• Create service reports and maintain detailed records of service visits and repairs 
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work flexible hours as per customer needs 
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and local languages 
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies
