We are looking for energetic, adaptable, and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as a Billing Supervisor. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong aptitude for picking up point-of-sale or billing technologies quickly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily billing operations and ensure accurate transactions.
Handle billing-related issues and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper billing records and reports.
Ensure smooth coordination with outlet staff.
Monitor cash and payment handling.
Assist customers with billing-related queries.
Follow company billing procedures and standards.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Other Specification

Freshers are encouraged to apply (3–6 months of experience is a plus)
Highly adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong tech adaptability to learn and manage billing software efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, energetic, and team-oriented.

Salary: Up to NPR 20,000 per month
