Job Description: Billing Executive

Reports to: Sales Team & Head of Department (HOD)

Domain: Business Operations

Purpose of the Job:

Billing Executive is responsible for the accurate and timely billing to channels, generating sales-related reports, and ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, sales, and finance teams. The role demands a meticulous individual with a solid understanding of accounting principles and online billing systems, who is capable of thriving in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Billing:

Ensure accurate and timely billing to channels on a daily basis.

Sales Reporting:

Generate and maintain sales-related reports to support the sales team and management.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate effectively with logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any billing issues.

Financial Reconciliation:

Assist in the reconciliation of billing and payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

Customer Interaction:

Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements in the billing process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Finance).
Proficiency in accounting principles and online billing systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
Comfortable and effective in an environment of ambiguity or change, with a growth-minded and self-driven attitude.
