Prepare Running Bill, Final Bill, Variation order, claim, Escalation, or other related documentation
Prepare Subcontractor Bill, Material Estimate, Labor Productivity, rate analysis, and reconciliation
Prepare (As-Built Drawing )
Prepare Proper Work Schedule and Complete Project within a time frame

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master’s Degree with more than or equal to 5 years experience in Building Construction for Documentation
Fluency in English, Nepali, Hindi Spoken
Good Knowledge about Bill, Variation order, claim, Escalation and Measurement
Sound knowledge of the mode of measurement of all construction activities like labor productivity, materials consumption factors, rate analysis, and reconciliation
Experience in Retrofitting work
High initiative and self-motivated, ability to work independently
Salary As Per company rules
Vehicle License Compulsory(2 Wheelers)
